Ace-- Yes it looks to be basing here. I look for it to split the MED/HOTEL split to happen also. IMO that should run the combined value over 12 or 13. Actually I cannot understand how it has slipped this far since we have been told this qtr div will remain on track. Now over 20%!!! Even if it drops by 1/3 in the future that would still be a significant % div paid. My avg is higher than here and I intend to avg down just a little. Looks great in this range IMO.
