hey tc, good one. more stuff to worry about, too! <g3> i'll wait until thursday (a special day in and of itself for computers... 9-9-99) for the win95 patch. meanwhile, in checking out some winsock2 and dun1.3 upgrade sites i found that each needed y2k upgrades. i ended up bookmarking about 4 or 5 sites that pertained to these enhancements, then decided to save the main mistersoftee y2k site..."Microsoft Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure & Resource Center" that is found at microsoft.com remember the good old (bad old?) days when patches were just for jeans? <g3> :) mark
