I'd have to look up some of my old research to give you a solid answer, but off the cuff: (a) there is no hotter mkt than fiber optics; (b) these companies will be consolidating over the next few years, as competitors try to do what JDS and UNPH did [the only way they'll be able to stay up with JDSU]; and (c) check out what CSCO paid for Cerent. You'll have to pry OCLI o/o me with a blowtorch.
