I have been considering this stock for a few weeks now. I have a few questions if someone could answer

1. What exactly is the Biotrack deal and will it mean $$ to the bottom line?

2. How many outstanding shares?

3. Is Shultz at Stocks4Tommorow still talking about this stock? (probably good if he isn't)

4. Is there a fundamental reason for the rapid price drop?
