EXCELLENT preparation guide.] "There are too many computers and chips to test and repair in the time remaining before the deadline. When reviewing this booklet, use your best judgment for preparations" ... ci.oxnard.ca.us This is REALLY a good booklet to have on-hand. I'm very impressed that the city of Oxnard has put something this comprehensive together, to distribute to their citizens. Cheryl
