Morgan, sorry to reply out of sequence. Your observations concerning the arbs are probably correct - look at the otherwise inexplicable (to me, at least) price action. But I'm afraid that I am not the best suited observer to provide you with a blow by blow in this context. Perhaps Dr. AHhaha and some others here would like to chime in with their views on this?
