playing the takeover arena 101: 1. finding the rumored stock...(my strong side) 2. weeding through the hype ,fluff and finding the real stuff 3. weighing in the time frame and potential price 4. know the downside risk once the rumor breaks and the stock now turns into a inplay trader 5. knowing how large of a position to take 6. knowing when to jump on board or when to jump off if things seem to be delayed. 7. the kicker is #8 8. knowing when the time is so close that you don't dare trade out of the stock because you never know when the stock could be halted...ie..FORE (20 minutes after the open)
