Can you give examples of conservative organizations doing this? How about speeches by conservative candidates?
It looks like you are referring to skin heads as conservatives. As we know, skin heads support all the conservative values, they raise God fearing families, work hard, and live by the edict, "do unto others as you would have done unto you!"
I'm sorry, but the conservative groups are not against "gay rights" because they shaved headed thugs. They do not believe that gay's deserve special treatment for one of two reasons. Being gay is a sin. Or, being gay is a choice.
I personaly support some gay issues. Many of my friends and relatives are gay, so I have significant exposure to what they have to say. But, gays do not deserve more protection than the common citizen. Just like hate crimes, gay rights are a political tool to garner votes, not a real issue.
But, gays should have the same rights as the common citizen. They should be allowed to get legally married, have any job they are qualified for, or join the military.
But extreme views like yours only aliente the conservatives even farther. Nobody wants to be associated with skinheads, except street trash. |
