Claude-actually I believe it is a distinct possibility. Recall that Chile has several multi billion ton copper porphyrys. The difference here is that it maybe the first gold/copper porphyry in the multi-billion ton class. There is quite a number of reasons that I believe this to be true. It is not an opinion only shared by myself. Other geologists in Chile feel this could be the most important gold resource ever discovered in Chile. Explains the interest that the 18 Major mining companies have shown in Medinah recently despite record low gold/copper prices. I suggest you do take a closer look. Cheers.
