I would think that the numbers for the first quarter, while being interesting, are not nearly as interesting as the possible numbers in the future. The first quarter is history about a company still with a multiple of product lines and a biggewr multiple of people. I will be interested to see what they have to say about what their future market, mission, and organization will be. Will they sell off the old MDIS and Winters partners business? Did they ever turn the MDIS acquisition into a new product that can be spun off.. or made profitable? Did they acquire a big tax loss carry forward with MDIS that will be of value to a concern with taxes to pay in the future? Where are the developers? All in the UK? Is there anything left here in the US? Who are the clients? Are they happy? Do their maintenance agreements have a trigger that has already been set off by the filing in the UK? Etc Etc. I think the answers to those questions will be more informative then the First Q figures. Not that we don't need to see those figures of course.
