Where do you get your info? My info on 9/1/99-press 14A filing shows Frank has 256,835 shares. In fact he and other exec's are betting their "lives" on this new technology. I hope you are prepared to bet yours. FACT: Insiders control over 50% of the stock and additional large % is "tied up" until 9/23. FACT: New investor is fixed at 18.26, no reset, and 20% above the the market on closing day. FACT:TMSR patented technology will be superior to the current server based telephony. FACT: Intel believes in TMSR and has bet their marketing plan on TMSR taking this technology to market this month FACT: Client to client chat rooms with voice technology not using a provider's server and based on an open standard based, will make people buy faster,better PC's with NEW chips including TMSR's technology.
