IBM is featuring the 650MHz Athlon on IBM Direct. Draw your own conclusions. They are taking orders on a "first come first served" basis and expect to deliver in large quantities starting with the early to middle part of this month. Availability of 650MHz parts was described to me as not a problem. Their problem has been a late start in supplying "IBM designed" MoBOs.
