Hi Ron, It's available from your broker under the ticker NERXP. Current yield is about 15%. I don't remember what the conversion feature is at the present moment.

In the past, when the Preferred has strengthened the common has followed. The common usually falls ahead of the Preferred, however. Last year the Preferred sold for as high as about $25 or $26.
