6 key points

1) Only 33% of pts. who get the flu contact their doctor within the critical 48 hour window (from GLX's web site re: Relenza)
2) The flu shot only works at preventing the flu 70 -85% of the time. (the medical letter)
3) No matter what, idiots who won't take a flu shot "because my aunt got the flu from it" or "I'm allergic to eggs" (just use a modified Penicillin RUSH protocol to "desensitize" them--look up Timothy J Sullivan of Emory Med School on Medline) will clog up all our waiting rooms between December and February.
4) Flu A has more serious complications than Flu B (Cecil's)
5) Flumadine is an overpriced amantidine, but is still WAY CHEAPER than NA inhibitors
6) BCRX was in a short squeeze (as heard another poster by his full service brokers at Smith Barney)
