Hi, welcome. TF+ is really an exciting program. You'll have a lot to look at when you get your manuals. Do you know that there is also a mailing list for TF+ at www.onelist.com? After a long period of inactivity, there have been some recent periods of interesting discussions (with occasional silence, though). I use QP2 for EOD data and have been pretty happy. I have no experience with TC2000, but I believe that some QP folks think that QP has significantly better data quality. Just hearsay, though. Good luck with TF.
