I don't think that one RB thread can control where PCBM may be going. Have been watching very closely and this has some strength to the upside after the sells/ shakes, this bodes well for the coming days.. Would not surprise me to see this close near 3/4 on a run. It could close much higher, who knows. OT SYCD looking very appealing today. Signs?
