There is NO way to ban all guns. You can't just wave a hand in the air and suddenly they will cease to exist. All that could be achieved by banning guns would be to keep honest people from owning them. Black markets would still sell them, gun smuggling would increase, criminals would still be armed. There is no perfect solution to this problem, Michelle. I don't have one, and neither do you.
