I disagree with your assessment of interest rate/oil price relationship. If the Fed ( Alan Greenspan ) can choke back the growth of the US economy, the Pacific Rim countries can continue their recovery as we continue to import foreign goods. As their recovery continues more demand for oil will accelerate exploration and drilling in the Gulf. If OPEC continues their quotas oil could go to $24 by next summer. What do you think ? gary
