The bond holders can be forced to convert at something around $234 pre split, which is $117 now.

If we get close to that $117 price I suspect amzn will rally on that alone. There is a lot of concern about those bonds - personally I think ascention towards the $117 price may be why Bezos decided to split the stock so early. We might just get there this xmas season.
