if your question relates to why is CSCC up a larger % than ASND it could be the narrowing of the arbs' spread - which would imply that the arbs think the deal is likely to go through. That would be interesting since arbitrageuers seek to be intimately knowledgeable about the companies - better acquainted than you are with your own navel. Or it could meannothing of the sort!
