Gregor,
USV is probably the best of these, though I think GTA is going to do well long term. I bought more of GTA today and USV last week.
USV has a few more quarters to include a one time buyout in FFO, and GTA has fears that operators of their golf courses aren't making money. Notice how little time passed from the filings until a new lessee was found. This doesn't sound like undesirable property to me.

I don't know if KRT will have to cut the dividend. Depends on how quickly they release the vacant Caldors. They had paid out about 100% of FFO for the last few years, until FFO started growing recently. Their AFFO appeared to be almost the same or higher than FFO, so we'll see. I imagine it will trade from 11-13 until they make an announcement regarding a change in dividend or releasing activity on the mall anchors.
Richard

p.s. Does an $RMS closing above 305 indicate a short term postive trend to you also?
