I do not have any direct info on why BB will owe IVAX money except that if BB's reason for pulling out of the merger with IVAX does not have any sound bases, and I doubt if it does, IVAX should be able to collect for breach of contract on the part of BB.

If I am not mistaking wasn't it BB who approached IVAX for this merger in the first place?

Also my response was in reply to someone who asked if IVAX was going down the tubes and I wanted to show that there are several positive things about IVAX which will prevent such a drastic event.
