Brent, What you say may be true. I just happen to think its a "GAMBLE" worth taking. Having computed all the numbers I can find (which are admittedly, dated) I still find a stock holders equity (SE)(which includes the debt) in the neighborhood of $150 to $200 millions with only 15.553k shares outstanding. After all that has happened, I may have the SE way over-stated; but, no one has bothered trying to correct it. I think the best way out for the company is use the law to BUY time, which it sorely needs at this juncture. To say the least, this is NOT RECOMMEDED for little ole ladies and 401ks. I have taken similar gambles with mixed outcomes. THE JURY IS STILL OUT ON THIS ONE, WHILE the WHEEL continues to SPIN. Comparing my on skill with luck, I tend to perform better with the latter. HA! K
