Perhaps they made some sort of commitment to the company to finance it over the next several months or until it reaches positive cash flow. That would explain not purchasing additional shares in the market, would it not?

As an aside, in the last conference call, I thought that the company had discussed the possibility of positive cash flow from operations not in the quarter ending 9/30 but in the quarter ending 12/31.
