Paul, with a 500 million debt at 5% that is 6.25 million per quarter. They may pay more than 5%, a 'risk' premium?, even at 10% it is then $12.5 million, worth it IMO. Intel went through it's tribulation earlier and escaped from DRAM hell. Now AMD tries to escape...it just may be too costly for Intel to crush AMD, both in lost profits and angry DOJ. Bill
