Very simply, VGTI has a credible management team that has considerable experience in the gambling business. The company made a conscious decision a couple of years ago to not entertain anyone in North America until such time as Internet Gambling becomes permissible. To date, the Kyl Bill has yet to be decided upon and at least eight states have proclaimed gambling on the Internet unlawful. VGTI felt that with banking ties and headquarters here in the United States, it wasn't worth risking future inquisition. Given the minor turbulence we've observed with Starnet of late, VGTI appears to have made a very good call. VGTI is also a development and financial processing company with a unique agreement with Barclay's Bank that should also bolster their revenues.

VGTI also is focusing their efforts on the most lucrative Asian Pacific Rim with a unique cellular marketing approach. This a methodology of marketing that is geographical and culture-specific.

One caveat to VGTI is that unlike other gaming companies with only web sites who publicize every casino they have licensed there are infrequent news releases here and these are mostly just quarterly reports. IMO, this company is little known about in the US and my impressions of VGTI are good!
