Tom you forgot the founder. He just threw in the towel. And he does so when his shares are trading at close to all time lows. 180 lock up should be coming to an end. AWEB Chairman will likely sell his holdings. IMHO one of the two brother is cashing out the other brother remains for appearance and to give a look that all is ok. Well imho the brother leaving probably promised the other brother that he is going to take care of him.
