For what it's worth, following is copied from Buy Low Sell High...Grant Robertson's answer (written on September 3) to a question by a subscriber:

"Their financials are late. We found out this afternoon that they will not be released until Wednesday next week. No further indications have been made to us regarding the results. There are rumours surfacing that their may be some initiatives by major shareholders to change the board of directors. We are investigating and will report our findings to the forum..
