I spoke with Don Beck at today. They are waiting for final approval from the SEC regarding broker/dealer status. He mentioned that there is a meeting on Sept. 9th and if they did not get addressed in that meeting, the next meeting in Sept. 22. He still expects to launch the system in September.

He verified that whether the market moves up or down does not have any bearing on the success of the system with the exception that when the markets move down things are usually more volatile and therefore the system can generate more profits.

He confirmed that there are 10,600,000 share issued of which 9 million are closely held which leaves 1.6M or less in the float. He also mentioned that if the first round of tests goes well, they have significant investors lined up (who must purchase shares of QTTK).

He mentioned that the trading system will be limited to 500 shares of any one security unless long-term holds. Thus, the more money that gets invested into the system, the more securities that the system will invest in. In this way, according to Don, how much money gets invested in the system should have no bearing on the results. The results should be consistent across the board. He also mentioned that they are testing the system for trades of 1,000 shares per security.

The first phase of launching the system will done with only a couple of large investors and it will be limited to 50 securities. After this phase, they will accept accredited investors who are QTTK shareholders. They are still ironing out some of the compliance issues and offering memorandum. Don understands that they are in unchartered territories with this system and they are being careful in every aspect of the business.

He is not sure how they will report the results. It depends on what will construe a meaningful time period. It could be a week or a month. He would like to report the results on a weekly basis if the system is consistent enough.

As I mentioned, the legal counsel is finalizing the compliance and offering memo. I think we can expect to get more information on how shareholders can participate in the next week or two.
