MM, that's normal...see INTC. when it was scraping along in the low 50's i counted five downgrades. i have stopped counting the upgrades heaped upon it since it hit all-time highs. in the case of MOT i strongly suspect pump-and-dump, after all what's there to like? the IRID bankruptcy? GE, the hedge fund in drag, was overdue for an upgrade. i imagine that lots of NYSE members are sitting on tons of inventory of that one as well...
