The answer to some of your questions will be found in the 10K filed in August 1996 and the 10Q filed in December 1996. You can access this information through EDGAR. You can access EDGAR at sec.gov and enter management tech in the inquiry box.

The numbers that I am interested in at the moment are those for Q3 which ended 1/31/97. These will give some idea as to how viable their business future is. This is the filing that is not in compliance at the moment. The reasons for delay I believe were the mass confusion and turmoil going on after Mr. Edison took control and Peter Morris' doings were uncovered. The numbers reported in the request for a filing extention could have been nothing more than a guesstimate. Therefore for me these actual numbers will have meaning.

The U.S. facility in NY as far as I understand was a support facility along with a small sales force. Product development was the provence of DESISCO and MDIS in the UK. Since the bulk of software sales and the service business was in Europe along with the home base of the principals it made more sense for operations to be centered there.

A partial list of cutomers can be found on the MTI home page along with some outlines of the products. Just ignore the hype areas and projections you will find there.
