Perhaps you or someone can help me: Wasn't the State Department supposed to publish their latest Y2K data regarding foreign nations earlier this week. Can't find anything new on their website.

P.S. "War room" is what one of the architects of the project has been calling it from day 1. Seem to recall that there was some controversy about what it was to be called. Ditto the one in the Pentagon.
