Here is the Email that I received from E*Trade regarding the order in which they confirmed my Buy and then
98 hours later informed me that the buy never occurred.

from exchanges and market makers reporting the status of transactions. Accordingly, you will be subject late
reports related to orders that where previously unreported to you or reported to you as being expired,
canceled, or executed. In addition, any reporting or posting errors in execution prices, will be corrected to
reflect what actually occured in the marketplace.
