Phil, I was in Tennessee last weekend and noticed the same thing in the Knoxville area. I don't ever recall seeing a LAMR billboard where I live in MN. Must not have much of a presence here. Naegle was big here before.

There also were some with odd messages like "God says ...." or something like that. No indication of who (if anyone) paid for the ad.
