HERE ARE SOME LEAKS ON POSSIBLE SPIN OFF Okay, lets try on the name LIBRARIUS, INC as the first volunteer for our spin off company. go to the nevada site and type in LIBRARIUS, INC. sos.state.nv.us the date on the filing is July 13th, 1 day after the announcement from BNEZ of our spin offs. It shows Jack as president and Brad Morse as the secretary and treasurer. I meet Brad both times when I was down there and he is a very capable programmer, they must have something big cooking. I believe that Jack got Brad to come over to BNEZ from Intuit. looks like we should see news anytime, we be searching net later and edgar to see what else I can find. IMHO mitchell
