seems like neither company is anywhere near being even a young gorilla but both are solidly in e commerce, so would they be young godzillas?

I forgot to explain that a godzilla is a hybrid of a gorilla and a king. It's a gorilla in the sense that it enjoys the network effect of increasing returns but it's also like a king with the diminishing returns associated with low switching cost, low barriers to entry, and the lack of proprietary architecture.
