Cha2, I don't think e commerce has a downside in this area, except that it is subject to UPS's delivery. I live outside of Atlanta and something shipped to me from the west coast regular rate takes 6 business days to get to me. I ordered mine and had it sent 2nd day. Yes it is a bit more expensive but still cheaper than B&N plus tax plus aggravation driving there and back in this terrible traffic. Both companies are quite young and Ariba especially has had a significant run up. I just answered Merlin with another post asking for opinions as to where these 2 companies are in the TLC. This would help in going forward on future evaluations. Joel
