Not so sure of that Mike. First we need to understand exactly what their technology enables, whether it is indeed proprietary in nature or embodies high switching costs, and then decide if this technology can be competed against with a different technology with the same value proposition. A very good exercise for this Group, now all we need is someone who actually knows something about ARBA and CMRC to enlighten us. <ggg> Teflon
