Mike, though I have not RTFRM, I will suggest to you and the Group here and now that there will be proprietary architectures/processes developed in the eWorld that provide high switching costs and high barriers to entry. I have no idea if the authors addressed this, but this will happen eventually. Because of this I suggest the possibility does exist that "Gorillas" may in fact be possible in the eWorld, not just the Godzillas that the authors seemed to have put forward. Teflon
