Yes, I agree that 1368 does seem high to me too. The main indicator (the NYSE bullish percentage) is still negative and I tend to look at things with a jaundiced eye. The SPU9 is up on a bit of a high pole which always makes me a bit nervous too.

Saw your edit. DWA uses a three box reversal as a standard. As far as the box size, the larger the box size the longer term the trend. So if you are trying to get a little bit more granularity on buy and sell signals you would use a smaller box size. If you decrease it too much it could get pretty noisey though.
