Yaacov: The jury's still out on AMD: Paine Webber just downgraded AMD to neutral citing the "risk of transition to the k6." The only threat to INTC is loss of enough market share to cause erosions in their margins but that's not going to be anytime soon judging by the look of it. You mentioned HP a couple of days ago...saw them trading at 49 earlier today and I think if I can get it in the 40's I like that one also. HP, IMO, is one of the best run of the big diversified techs. Exxon split...I don't know. Joe probably can answer that one. Right now the Italian Bourse isn't looking much worse than the rest.
