two other points re CMRC+ARBA, their history CMRC grew and was almost bootstrapped by SAP ARBA may have been born with CMRC envy by VC's building different but same products so that there was a 'story' to pump ERP vendors (led by SAP) have and will further extend their core products so CMRC+ARBA have built in competition BVSN will come at it from the convergence side CMRC got whacked recently by shorts ARBA is getting fattened by the market, gravity will affect it soon all imho regards, ynot ;)
