The Powerchannel company was set up last year by LDDI.
The majority shareholding was originally theirs, and no
filings have been made since autumn 98 and nothing to
suggest a dilution.
LDDI seems to want to give the impression that it has ceased
trading commercially, but its share price is still trading,
and Jim Ozo spoke to them yesterday and awaits a reply from the
CFO who exists and has a name.
Trading commercially probably means that it is "ticking over".
Its a fair bet that MCI is owed a lot of money, and is holding back
all this time because MCI is waiting for LDDI's boat to come in,
namely the Powerchannel(HBSC) deal and MUCP.
Powerchannel according to Bert Zed has a £1 million note owing by
AIME and a corresponding debt to settle with AIME for switching out of Aime into Mucp.
Powerchannel makes it possible for MCI to be paid off( unless RCA
Victor is around), after which Powerchannel is reversed into LDI,
and MCI brings in RCA via capitalising the inter company debt.

Could anyone answer the question.....do LDDI and POWERCHANNEL
now reside in the same office or office building!!
Do the companies now share some staff?

LDDI is and always has been the key to this business plan!!

Any supporters out there??
