Well, NAFTA near the border means Mexican Cities about the size of Pittsburg. If they (Down there) were not so productive, why are we down there, don't judge by the quality of workers that leave home to work on Green cards, there are many gifted Latin Americans here and there, and many many Europeans too, even East Europeans in New York Banking, they are here sending money home, unlike Asian banks just sitting back and letting Greenspan policies and the IMF send money to them....who is at least adding something to the home US local economy?
