The RHAT biz plan is full of hot air, as is Linux.

Mr. P, I've known you since the TLTK days on AOL in 96??? Probably saved me on that one. You have been right on everything I've seen. Nothing against you on this one but your MS bias is showing. Just counter acting your bashing.

How much is the support and confidence of the open source community worth?

How much is the development power of hundreds of thousands (and future millions) of programmers worldwide worth? These are the best programmers in the world and not some Visual Basic drones that knows 2000 out of the 8000 API calls.

I've been a Dilbert programmer for 15 years for a F500 company. Half my projects have been failures, AND THIS IS THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE. That's right, seven years of building houses (developing software) had to be torn down. The Dilbert comic strip is based on this industry. Maybe the pointy hairs might figure out that open software is the way to go.

Whatever you do, please sell some MSFT holdings to short some more.

Wait until our Normandy invasion. RHAT at 40 Billion will make 7.5 look cheap. When LINUX is running the world you'll thank us.

Have fun crashing your machine. The RAT is going to make you feel like Richard Gere.
