To the best of my knowledge it was the Globe and Mail about a week ago. If not it was the National Post in the same time frame.

This would give JDSU ~10 billion in stock to play in the sand box...along with cash on hand life could get interesting. Enough for several purchases, Kevin should have fun. Nice thing about having a market cap ~4 times your nearest rival you can even stumble and still do ok.
SDLI and ETEK need to make all the right moves or JDSU will eat their lunch(in no way is this a put down of either SDLI or ETEK both companies are very good and run well).
