The Powerchannel company was set up last year by LDDI.

Right on there, What their current affiliation is though, isn't real clear.

I don't know that LDDI, Power channel ownership is important.

I submit, each has what the other wants. LDDI has a shell that Power Channel could easily go public through. Power Channel has the backing and the bucks and hopefully a contract with MUCP to make things click.

If your a gambler :)

LDDI stock is looking good :))
