As a matter of fact there is. NetZero uses AOL's Netscape browser which is integrated into the Netzero software that one has to download in order to gain access through them.

The bottom line is that a Netzero and Free Serve and some of the other free ISP's are providing hits for AOL's advertisers.

As far as the phone number being the same I find that very interesting but have no explanation.
