My broker spoke with Marvin today. They did have a meeting with the Wiz on Wednesday. Payment was the issue. The Wiz has agreed to 15 day payment terms on delivery. I asked on how many units? My broker forgot to ask. Marvin restated his confidence on selling 20,000 units in 1997. Also, Marvin was interview by Forbes magazine. The focus is on home theater. Marvin feels the interview went very well and should be out in two months. On Dolgof, he stated believe what you want or read but the company and their lawyers feel confident on the final outcome. Thats all for now.
