Hickey claims there is no supply shortage and blames Y2K overbuilding supply of PCs. I dont agree with him, I dont think he has all the facts. anyway, heres the latest Commentary from AICE: AICE Commentary-9-8-99 SYNCH PC 100 DRAM pricing jumps higher as supply constraints worsen. The 8MX8 configuration makes the most noticeable advance as some overseas offers break through the $12 price level. SYNCH PC 100 modules like the 8MX64 and 16MX64 are up significantly too.
